Rukawa As The Phantom

Inspired by that scene in Phantom of the Opera where he crushes the rose during that All I Ask of You reprise. The ribbon on his hand came from the rose.
This is also kinda inspired by one of 's art. >_< Too lazy to link it, so check out her gallery instead.

Just to note, I was the one who suggested the petals in her artwork. Her coloring style and her use of liquid paper pens was what I tried. Speaking of liquid paper pens, they're awesooome. *_* As you can see, I got carried away. >.>;; I swear my black colored pencil almost died on this one.

Why Kaede Rukawa you ask?

I just felt like drawing him as the Phantom for a friend. She was planning to write this chapter for her Slam Dunk fanfic where Rukawa plays the Phantom. I think I ph4iled.

The original idea was that of him holding a rose, but I've had enough of those pictures in my gallery. >_< *sigh* I have to learn how to draw other flowers...

Lastly, I think Rukawa would make a horrible Phantom. He's too good-looking. Insult or compliment, you decide.
